NOBO HEATING UK OFFERS FURTHER VALUE BY LAUNCHING NEW SERVICE AND HOME CARE PACKAGES
The start of a new year sees NOBO Heating UK launching a new Service and Home Care Package, ensuring that users of the Birmingham based company’s electric heating solutions obtain the very best from their systems in terms of economy and efficiency. Offered within the new package are a range of different products to suit heating consultants, housebuilders and end users.
Heating Installers and Housebuilders are catered for under the ‘NOBO-Com’ and ‘NOBO-Serve’ packages, whilst UK Homeowners and Building Managers can benefit from NOBO-Call, Care and Care-Plus.
‘NOBO-Com’ is available for those requiring a commissioning service for their new developments - Technical experts will check the system installation and arrange the programming of control units to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the year. ‘NOBO-Serve’, offered at the end of the standard warranty period, is a service package available through housebuilders and installers allowing customers to have their heating system thoroughly tested to ensure optimal operational efficiency and working condition.
For customers using a NOBO Heating system there is even more choice available – ‘NOBO-Call’ – a dedicated call-out test and repair service from a fully trained and experienced Heating Technician, gives users the opportunity to be visited by a representative should an unlikely breakdown occur, and ‘NOBO-Care’ – an annual ‘peace of mind’ service package which covers all NOBO Heating panel heaters, towel rails and control systems, ensure that the system is working efficiently and not costing the user unnecessary money to run.
For those that demand extra reassurance and peace of mind, NOBO Heating offers a premium service entitled ‘NOBO-Care Plus’ which includes a completely free repair service in the event of breakdown or failure during the year, in addition to all of the benefits included within the standard care package.
